Welcome to our website

frank1We are a thriving community transport scheme, operating within the borough of Bexley. Founded in July 2004, our aim is to provide affordable, accessible and safe transport for community and voluntary groups in the local area. We also operate an individual membership scheme for people with disabilities or who have mobility problems.

Our scheme operates on a membership only basis; Membership is open to "not for profit" voluntary and community groups, social enterprises and charities which serve the residents of Bexley. Groups that qualify for membership include those involved with older people, people with disabilities, children and young people, recreational activities, social welfare or other activities benefiting the community.

We started the scheme in 2004 with three buses and today operate a fleet of eleven vehicles, with over twenty staff and volunteers, providing transport to more than 130 member groups.

To help secure our long term sustainability we try to earn additional income through contract work, providing transport to local schools and colleges and Care trusts. this income helps us toward our main goal of becoming completely self sufficient for the future, without relying on grant funding.

Our latest project, with support from Bexley council is operating a food accessibility scheme, providing a shopper bus to help elderly, disabled and parents with small children to access shops and markets.
